Cancellations & Returns

• Ordered without initials: can be cancelled any time before dispatch, and returned unused within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition and packaging
• Ordered with initials: the walking stick is personalised, so, where the law allows, it cannot be cancelled once production has started or returned for a change of mind
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. We never charge a restocking fee.
• If your walking stick arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly made or personalised (for example, with the wrong initials), contact us at elatheria.shop@gmail.com and we will put it right free of charge
