The Musician's Studio gathers every instrument case we make in one place, for violinists and guitarists alike. Some players need a rigid shell for a valuable instrument. Others want a light gig bag they can carry across town. Every case is handmade to order, lined to protect the instrument's finish, and wrapped in leather that improves with years of use.

For Violinists

The Virtuoso is a rigid hard-shell case in full-grain leather with a velvet interior and exterior pockets for rosin, a shoulder rest and spare strings. It is made for a 4/4 violin as standard, and other sizes are available on request. The Cadenza is built around your own violin's measurements, in burgundy crocodile-embossed leather with a beige velvet interior and leather bow holders. Not sure of your size? Hard Case or Gig Bag?

A hard case gives the most protection against knocks, pressure and being stacked in a car boot or van, so it suits valuable instruments, air travel and long tours. A gig bag is lighter and easier to carry on your back, which suits lessons, rehearsals and local gigs. Many players own both: a hard case for travel and a gig bag for everyday use.

Personalisation and Gifting

Care and Delivery
