Shipping & Delivery: The Journey from the Workbench

Production Time (The Craft): Because we are a workshop and not a warehouse, we do not simply pull items off a dusty shelf. Every piece is made to order.

  • Production Time: Every piece is made to order in 12-15 days, including inspection and packing.

Shipping Times (The Journey): Once your item leaves our workshop, it is handed over to our premium courier partners (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). We do not use slow "economy" mail; we want your leather gear to arrive safely and quickly.

  • Delivery Time: 10-12 days by tracked courier, worldwide.

Note: These are estimates provided by the carriers. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your package is scanned by the courier, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All Customers (including the USA, UK, EU and Canada): Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and may be charged when the package arrives.

    • Please Note: These charges are not included in the price paid to Elatheria. They are the responsibility of the customer. We are legally required to declare the true value of the goods on all customs forms.

Lost or Damaged Packages In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at elatheria.shop@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to locate it. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will replace your item at no cost to you.
