Our Violin Cases

The Virtuoso is a structured hard-shell case hand-wrapped in heavy-duty, vegetable-tanned full-grain leather. Inside, a deep burgundy velvet lining cradles the violin and guards against scratches. Two exterior pockets with classic brass buckles hold rosin, a shoulder rest and spare strings, and heavy-duty zips and a reinforced leather handle keep everything secure on the move.

The Cadenza is built around your own instrument's measurements. Its exterior is wrapped in textured burgundy crocodile-embossed leather with brass-tone hardware and buckled corner straps. Inside, a contoured bed lined in soft beige velvet, a padded neck support, leather bow holders and an accessory compartment keep everything in its place.

Sizing and Fit

The Virtuoso is made for a full-size 4/4 violin as standard, and we can craft it for 7/8, 3/4 and other sizes at no extra cost. Simply let us know the size you need when you order. The Cadenza goes a step further: send us your violin's measurements, or the internal dimensions of a case that already fits, and we build the interior around your instrument, so fractional and unusually proportioned violins are held securely too.

Personalisation

Add your initials to make your case easy to recognise backstage and to give it the feel of a true heirloom. For bespoke colours or details, get in touch before ordering. Every case is made to order in 12–15 days and delivered in 10–12 days.

Caring for Your Case

Wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth after use and treat it with a leather conditioner every few months to keep it supple. Keep your case away from radiators, direct sunlight and hot car boots. Sudden changes in temperature and humidity are hard on both the leather and the instrument inside it.
