Shipping & Delivery: The Journey from the Workbench

Production Time (The Craft): Because we are a workshop and not a warehouse, we do not simply pull items off a dusty shelf. Many of our pieces are finished to order.

• Standard Lead Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be crafted, inspected, and packed.

• Custom Orders: If you have requested custom engraving or a bespoke modification, please allow an additional 2-3 days.

Shipping Times (The Journey): Once your item leaves our workshop, it is handed over to our premium courier partners (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). We do not use slow "economy" mail; we want your leather gear to arrive safely and quickly.

• Express Shipping: 4-6 Business Days

• USA & UK: 5-17 Business Days

• Europe: 6-18 Business Days

• Canada & Australia: 7-17 Business Days

• Rest of World: 7-19 Business Days

Note: These are estimates provided by the carriers. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your package is scanned by the courier, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• USA Customers: Orders under $800 usually enter the US duty-free.

• International Customers (UK, EU, Canada, etc.): Your local government may charge Import VAT or Customs Duties when the package arrives.

  • Please Note: These charges are not included in the price paid to Elatheria. They are the responsibility of the customer. We are legally required to declare the true value of the goods on all customs forms.

Lost or Damaged Packages In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at order@elatheria.com. We will work with the courier to locate it. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will replace your item at no cost to you.
