At Elatheria, we believe trust is the foundation of everything we build—whether it’s a leather log carrier or a relationship with a customer. We respect your privacy as much as we respect our craft. We do not sell your data, and we only collect what is necessary to craft your order and get it to your doorstep.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from elatheria.shop.

1. Information We Collect (The Essentials) When you visit our workshop online, we collect certain information to make your experience smooth and to fulfill your orders.

• Couriers: We share your shipping address and phone number with our logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS) strictly for the purpose of delivering your package.

• Legal Compliance: Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

4. Data Retention When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. This helps us handle any warranty claims you might have years down the line.

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA) If you are a resident of Europe or certain US states, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
