- Leather that ages well Most pieces are made from full-grain leather, which darkens and softens into a patina over time.

- Custom sizes on request The price shown is for the standard size. Send us your dimensions and we’ll confirm the final price before production begins.
- Worldwide tracked shipping Shipping is a flat $20 by tracked courier, and delivery takes 10–12 days once your piece is made.
- Clear returns Standard orders can be cancelled before dispatch, and non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days. Personalised and custom orders can’t be cancelled or returned. If something arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 14 days.

Can I personalise a gift?
Yes. On the product page, tap Personalize & Customize to add initials (up to four letters) or a symbol before you add it to your cart. A logo, crest or monogram is available for an additional $15.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. The price shown is for the standard size. Choose Custom Size under Personalize & Customize and enter the dimensions you need. Once we receive your custom size requirements, we’ll discuss the details with you and confirm the final price before production begins.
How long will my gift take to arrive?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 12–15 days, and delivery takes 10–12 days. Flat $20 worldwide tracked shipping.
Can a gift be returned?
Standard orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched. Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalised and custom orders can’t be cancelled or returned, unless there is a structural defect. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 14 days.
