The Elatheria Guarantee: Returns, Refunds & Warranty

The 30-Day Return Window We build goods to last a lifetime, but we understand that sometimes a piece isn't the right fit. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging (including the dust bag or box). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The Elatheria Lifetime Warranty (Damages & Issues) We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece that leaves our workshop. Please inspect your order upon reception. If you notice any structural defects (such as hardware failure or stitching issues), contact us immediately at order@elatheria.com.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers: Defects in materials (hardware snapping, leather tearing under normal use). Defects in workmanship (stitching unraveling).

Our Warranty does not cover: Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, or softening of leather). Natural patina development (darkening of leather over time). Water damage or damage caused by misuse/neglect.

Note on Leather: Full-grain leather is a natural material. Small scars, insect bites, or variations in grain are not defects; they are the hallmarks of authentic hide.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned: Customized Products: Items that have been hot-stamped, laser-engraved, or modified with bespoke requests are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a structural defect. Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
